Allen Rogers, President and Chief Designer
Allen is President, designer and lighting expert, as well as an international award-winning producer of films for television. He began his career as a Lighting Director for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, followed by becoming Head of the Lighting Department for the first privately owned television station in Canada. By designing lighting for film, television and theater throughout the world, Allen has become an expert in solving problems in lighting form, function and cost. Given the global imperative for energy efficiency, Allen incorporates the latest technological advances into every project. Allen Rogers is a LEED Accredited Professional, holds a Masters Degree in Environmental Studies from York University, Toronto, and is a member of AIA, IESNA, IALD, ISP, IIDA and IATSE.

Sue Rogers, Vice-President and Marketing Director
Sue began her career as a fashion designer, partnering with Diane Von Furstenberg in the 1970's, creating the most successful dress company of the period. Sue was Designer and Head of Production working in Paris and throughout Italy. She brings both her aesthetic sense and management skills to Illumination Unlimited USA, Inc. Sue Rogers is a member of Professional Women in Construction and The Fashion Group of America.
